- The stayaways should continue non stop rather than the piece meal we are giving them
- I do not think this notice has circulated enough for tomorrow otherwise will not be successful as the past one
- Hi News Desk
Him summoned to report to CID offices should not quieten him and us at large. As fellow citizens, we must stand up and speak with one voice in demand of good governance from our present government. Our quest for such should not be frightened by our poor government to implement such laws as prescribed in our recently adopted constitution for respect of fellow citizens by law enforcement agents and those in positions of Authority. Till our rights are respected, we should continue to make noise since they are showing signs that they are hearing the noise we are making. - Quote anonymous supporter:
‘Document evidence against abuses anywhere you encounter them, Abusers hide behind our good systems which they abuse and alianate us from them. Can’t we also use out good systems and the books of law against these abuser – do we not have a legal cause to do that? Can’t we build legal cases against them? Ur ph is all u need to document and share evidence. Can’t we mobilise probono legal aid loyal to the civic cause? There is need for high level mobilisation and organisation to push this civic agenda and cause. We love our country and we cherish our independence too much to let it drown in mismanagement and misrule. We deserve the best of our country and we must guard that jealously against predatory tendencies to secure the best and sufficient for all for the present and the future – all our children. It’s a matter of bringing each other to order for all our sakes and especially out children. Our leaders need to account to us. They should allow us to be heard and they should take our instructions. They are only representatives and must take instruction from us. Civil servants and the police are our servants. They need to learn to work for us and abandon the intimidatory and brutal tactics they inherited from the colonial regime and refined into lethal weapons of mass repression. Everyone who lived durying the war of liberation fought the war one way or the other and together we defeated the colonial minority regime of Ian Smith. Together we must once again fight the new challenges of corruption, misrule and police abuse and brutality as we continue to fight the scourge of capitalism and neocolonialism.’ - Ok we will follow all these by not leaving our homes
- Stay aways and demonstrations is the only way we can achieve peace and freedom
- Its funny. Instead of addressing the root causes of the problem the only solution they have is unleashing police brutality on the civilians
- They are resorting to desperate measures to survive. They will him go coz they hve no case at all. I don’t think if the Pastor had sent a video asking people to vote for the Bob Republic he wld have been considered to be inciting. The system is just rotten up to Bob himself. How disgusting. – Vincent
- Hello, please keep me updated ….many thanks Vashe29 and keep up the sterling work …
We deserve better …never has one nation cried out for citizen justice than we do now …
Enough is Enough …Tajamuka!!! ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ - The Beast is wounded. So lets keep it up if we stop now the wounds will heal .Forward. Ever back wards never.
They took the country by guns. We wil take it by staying in our homes - Thanx for the updade and m really support the initiative by the pastor..my suggestion is that peacefull protests shud be aswell done in provinces lyke masvingo and gweru..pple here support the idea bt they need strategies or a starting point. We shud also organise an unemployement petition to be signed by all fellow unemployed graduate citizens so that we will quantify our facts and as a qualified statistician i will also help to make the idea come true
- Hi thanks a lot for the updates…I’m in full support of the non violent protest, we need to change our Zimbabwe for better
- Thanks for the feedback, guys. We really all appreciate this. Victory shall come to the worthy – our endeavours combined shall free us all. Terence K.
- We are tired of this government Tajamuka we are in full support of tomorrows stayaway and we are ready to die for this nation.
- thanx for the info guys… we are not going back on the stay away and i think a street march should be done because they cant be arresting and questioning innocent people while protecting the greatest offenders and lawbreakers. vachibira vanhu mari through “bail”
- I feel continued stay aways are not a solution. At the end of the day people are losing out on business, children who are seating exams this year are missing out on lessons. These stay aways trigger violence and the persons being affected by the stay aways are at the end if the day the ordinary Zimbabwean, shops were looted and some burnt, and that immediately means loss of jobs which is a further contribution to the problem which is supposedly being solved. The Bible in Proverbs 4:7 says Wisdom is the principal thing… Let us not just be led by mob psychology but let us sit and think of the consequences of the nature of our actions. These stay aways are also creating room for crimes, if they continue, we will in no time be no different from South Africa. Let us be wise.
- This is truly all good news at least as children of Zimbabwe are now taking action to shape our country to what we have been dreaming of.
- Lets keep on with the struggle gentlemen,we are sick and tired of this corrupt gvnmt
- In Mvurwi 2 thirds of students@ Holy Rosary High Schl, faild to pay school fees n they are staying out of exam rooms till they pay feez. Why shld parent pay where a child ddnt sit for th term examz I wonder
- We want Pastor E to be released. He is not inciting violence.
- No arrests can supress the will of people
- Freedom always comes at a price, and we Zimbabweans are prepared to take the leap of faith in order to grasp our freedom
- I hv understood d situation in zim is so awkward to say on ds time but i can blame ourself we zimbabwe fo having condoned ds err propagating its roots to mature.Of course,we have to comply wth wat Mawarire says bt is there any change dt will occur aftr stay away?we cant control these so-called zim gods bt wat needed is fight only.sorry d reader fo being extremist bt m really troubled by ds situation bt let come togethr an combat ds corruptiv gvt
